Binaural Beats can be a beneficial add to your toolbox. These beats help induce meditation, relaxation and sleep. I’ve used them for sometime now. Due to the frequency ear buds or ear phones are needed. Regular speakers will not work. The frequency and tone cannot be heard. Even with your ear phones it is light. This is why I find Binaural’s soothing and helpful.

Sounds of birds chirping, wind blowing, the ocean, leaves rustling, My 2 favorite Apps for these types are Relax Melodies: Sleep & Yoga and Natural Sounds Relax and Sleep. They are both available on Amazon for Kindle and Google Play Store for free. Once you’ve learned how to relax, stress reduces and when stress subsides so does physical pain. Over the years, I have learned to become conscious of the extra pain I cause myself by tightening my muscles. For the longest time I had no idea that I did it. Practicing relaxation and releasing physical and mental tension a few times a day can relieve the body and mind of added torture.
